The program completely digitizes your paperwork allowing you to edit any inaccuracies or inconsistencies right then and there and print out a fresh copy of the edited version. You can even store your files and document digitally and in a PDF format. ABBYY FineReader uses optical character recognition technology to identify the text in the documents, the layout and the language the document is written in.
It converts the file on your desktop via the scanner and then makes a softcopy of it you can edit. The ABBYY FineReader is designed to be compatible across all connected devices. For example, you can scan the image from your smartphone as well. After you feed the image into your computer, the program reads the file and converts it into a digital copy. Bear in mind that the software has to first be activated online before you can use it.
